The Postal Challenge is an activity created by Chispa Mágica for anyone with a valid brand postcard. Participation involves mailing that postcard to us from a Disney destination, including a brief message sharing a magical moment, something that moved you, or what you enjoyed most about your trip.

From there, the experience can simply end with sending the postcard or go a step further. Because in addition to the postcard, you can complement your participation with a valid photo or video taken at the destination, as long as the postcard is clearly visible and the challenge conditions are met.

And that is what makes the reward grow.

How to participate step by step

The mechanics are designed to be simple yet heartfelt. We did not want a cold or automated activity, but something consistent with what experiencing a Disney trip means.

1. Get a valid Chispa Mágica postcard

The postcard can be picked up at our offices or at the FITUR exhibition booth of Chispa Mágica and other events and in-person activities in which we participate. Having that postcard already places you within the game. Not just anyone reaches this point, and that gives the challenge a special component.

2. Activate your participation

The next step is to fill out the participation form. It is a quick gesture, but very important, because it allows the postcard to be associated with you and prepares the process for when the time comes to send it from your Disney destination.

Here many people fail by leaving it for later. And it is a mistake. The smart thing is to activate it as soon as possible and forget about the paperwork.

3. Send us the postcard from a Disney destination

This is the heart of the challenge. The postcard must be sent from a Disney destination and must include a short text about a magical moment of your trip. That detail is precisely what turns this action into something much more special than just any promotion.

It is not about simulating an experience. It is about sharing a real one.

What reward you can get

Here is one of the parts that generates the most interest. And for good reason.

If you send your postcard from a Disney destination, you get access to 100€.

If you also accompany your entry with a valid photo, you can add an additional 75€. And if instead of a photo you submit a valid video, you can add an additional 150€. That means a single entry can reach a maximum cumulative total of 250€.

The key is that we are not talking about a raffle or something that depends on chance. We are talking about a specific action, with clear rules, that rewards those who get involved and do things right.

What conditions you should keep in mind

Like any serious action, the challenge has clear terms and conditions.

Only individuals over 18 years of age may participate. The promotion applies to postcards we receive by mail sent from a Disney destination until December 31, 2026.

In addition, there is a limit of one entry per person and, in the case of clients, one entry per reservation or file.

If you send a photo or video, it must have been taken at a significant spot in the Disney destination, such as a castle, an attraction, or any other iconic location, and the postcard must be clearly visible.

Minors must not appear in the photos or videos. In the case of the video, it must last between 20 and 30 seconds, show the postcard, and greet the Chispa Mágica team, avoiding offensive or inappropriate expressions.

How the incentive is applied

This point is also very interesting. If the trip from which the postcard is sent was booked through Chispa Mágica, the incentive will be applied as a refund, according to the corresponding conditions.

If the trip was not booked with us, the incentive will be applied as a discount for an upcoming tailored Disney trip booked with Chispa Mágica and taken before June 30, 2027.

This means that the challenge rewards those who have already trusted us, but also opens a very attractive door to those who have not yet booked with the agency.

The mistake of leaving it for later

There is something that needs to be said clearly: these types of opportunities are usually missed for a very simple reason. People think they will do it later. That they will fill out the form later. That they will remember later. That they will figure out if it is worth it later.
